Long regarded as the world's most notorious super villain, Professor Dastardly has a new line of employment. After spending many decades locked away in a prison specifically designed to contain him, the Professor is now reportedly reformed and out on parole. In an attempt to prove to the world that he has every intention of utilizing this second chance at life to serve as a productive member of society, the Professor has accepted an appointment as the home room teacher at Stephen J. Kurtzberg's Preparatory School for Special Youth.

The problem with this line of work, though, is that the parents of the children now under the Professor's responsibility are the same superheroes that he used to battle! Needless to say, these concerned guardians are not convinced that the Professor has taken up this new profession for altruistic reasons. They are sure that this stunt is merely a front for his true, ulterior motives - and they will not stand idly by while the world's premier super villain brainwashes the next generation of super heroes!
